Meaningful sustainability requires navigating the tensions -- between social-environmental integrity and commercial constraints, between global standards and local realities, between what's ideal and what's achievable now. I've spent 20 years working across 26 countries with suppliers, communities, NGOs, unions, UN and government agencies, and corporate teams. That experience shapes how I approach every engagement: Listening first, valuing all voices, building systems that can actually scale, and measuring what matters.
